Sessions 4-6: Executive Presence

  • Personal Appeal-optimizing confidence and presence
  • Emotional Appeal-building connections and EQ
  • Social Appeal-strengthening civility and minimizing disconnect

Sessions 7-9: Communication Effectiveness

  • Structure for collaborative dialogue in one-on-one and group meetings
  • Managing challenging conversations
