Jim is the Founder and Chairman of JAM Consulting Group, Inc. (1996) specializing in helping select sales groups become more impactful in a highly competitive market place.
Jim is a nationally known speaker and executive coach. He earned the distinction of “Sales Executive of the Year” 8 times over a 30 year career.
Jim and his team have improved the performance of hundreds of sales professionals with their easy to use sales approach.
Market Metrics and Kasina, independent market research consultants, awarded a # 1 national ranking to a sales organization Jim and his team trained. He has co-authored the books: Coaching the Sale “The Art and Science of Selling”, Top Performers Guide to Speeches and Presentations, and soon to be released CLOUT “The Ability to Influence Others”.
Jim earned B. S. and M. S. Degrees from Purdue University West Lafayette Ind. He is a past member Investment Management Assoc., World Business Coaches Assoc. and active in several charitable organizations.
Jim and his wife Sherry have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
