As a leader in sales and management, Kaleen helps clients to maximize their potential and get results through her various roles on the JAM team.
Kaleen is a professional coach, trainer, presenter, and program developer in the areas of communication, executive presence, and sales and leadership effectiveness. She is focused on 3 key areas: finding what people need to succeed and differentiate as professionals, delivering those skills in an efficient, easy to implement way, and ensuring they get results. Her attention to detail and coaching approach give her the ability to quickly identify and overcome issues that impede success, which further translates into being an effective partner to both JAM and its clients.
Kaleen’s experience the last 20 years includes management, sales, entrepreneurship, and relationship development, primarily in the financial services arena. As a result of her client-centric approach and understanding of the complexities of building relationships in commoditized industries, she successfully achieved over $750MM in asset acquisition as a part of a wealth team. Additionally, teams and individuals she has coached continue to experience consistent growth year after year, and she has garnered respect for the time and attention she puts into others as both a mentor and a colleague. All of these elements, combined with her professional coaching designation, further equip her to partner with clients in reaching their goals.
After being raised in the Midwest, Kaleen earned a B.S. in Marketing and graduated with Honors from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA. She currently resides again in the Chicagoland area and is the proud mother of 2 daughters. Kaleen believes in giving instead of receiving, and demonstrates this in the time she devotes to helping people grow as professionals, and also in the assistance she provides to various non-profits focused on those less fortunate.
